Why UHP Matters

Many wildlife management students have had little or no firsthand experience with waterfowl hunting, even though they may eventually make decisions affecting hunters, wildlife and habitat conservation.

Delta Waterfowl's University Hunting Program helps bridge that gap by connecting students with experienced hunters. Through instruction, hands-on training and mentored hunts, students gain a better understanding of hunting and its role in wildlife management and conservation.
