A Great Mom

For most prairie dabblers a clutch of 13 eggs is as good as it gets.

Did this hen really hatch 13 and have them all survive for 2 weeks? Maybe.

The duckling size differences makes me suspicious that she adopted some ducklings, which we know happens from marking ducklings.
