Duck steaks - great for the grill
One of my favorite ways to eat duck is to grill both breast with the skin still attached to the breast muscles. The crisped skin adds a lot of flavor .
Teal seasons are coming or here, so consider cutting some duck steaks. The attached video shows the cleaning technique.
