Not what we want to see

I have no huge problem with drain tile as long as they don’t drain wetlands.

This field had two or three seasonal ponds and the tile goes right through the wetlands (bottom pic).

I seriously doubt that NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service) is going to try and enforce the setbacks in North
Dakota.

Not good!
